No legal entity has been registered for this service yet. These terms are provided for informational purposes while the service is in its current form. The operator must supply the entity name, address and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone. There is no mailbox, no support address, and no legal representative at this time.
Service description
Sitemapaudit is a diagnostic tool that accepts a sitemap URL from a user, fetches the
sitemap XML and any child sitemaps it references, requests each listed URL over HTTP/HTTPS,
and returns a report of HTTP status codes, redirect chains, off-host URLs, and
lastmod analysis. The tool operates on a single request-response basis.
No accounts or stored data
This service does not create user accounts, store submitted URLs, log scan results, or persist any data between requests. Each scan is independent. There is no mechanism to retrieve or review a previous scan.
Use of the service
By submitting a sitemap URL, you confirm that you have the right to request the URLs listed in that sitemap. The tool makes HTTP requests to third-party servers on your behalf; you are responsible for the URLs you submit.
You may not use this service to probe websites without authorisation, to conduct denial- of-service attacks, or in any way that violates applicable law.
Billing and payments
Payment processing is not yet connected. The billing terms below describe the Pro subscription plan that will apply once a payment processor is set up. Until then, only the Free plan is available at no charge.
Pro plan subscription
The Pro plan costs $9 per month. It provides larger scan limits (up to 10,000 URLs per scan), CSV export, and any additional features listed on the pricing page as included. The subscription renews automatically each month.
Payment method and billing cycle
Payment is due at the start of each billing period. The first payment is charged on the day the subscription begins. Each subsequent payment is charged on the same calendar day each month. If that day does not exist in a given month, the charge is made on the last day of that month.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (the card is declined, expired, or otherwise rejected), we will retry the charge automatically up to three times over the following five days. If all retries fail, access to Pro features will be suspended and the subscription reverts to the Free tier. The subscription is not cancelled — it will resume Pro access if a subsequent retry or manual payment succeeds within 30 days of the first failure. After 30 days without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled.
Refunds
Because the service is delivered immediately on payment (scan limits and features are available instantly), all payments are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the Pro features you paid for, contact the operator (see Contact section) and we will evaluate a prorated credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are given for partial billing periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and no further payments are charged. There is no mechanism for self-service cancellation yet; this will be added when payment processing is set up.
Limitations
The tool has hard limits: a maximum of 500 URLs checked per scan, 50 child sitemaps, 10 redirects followed per URL, and a 30-second timeout per HTTP request. Results beyond these limits are truncated and noted in the report. These limits are documented on the application page and in the API response.
The tool makes no claim that every URL in a sitemap is reachable from every network location. A URL that the tool reports as unreachable may be accessible from another network or behind a firewall.
No warranties
This service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or completeness of the audit results. The tool may be unavailable or may return incorrect results at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last changed.
Governing law
No governing law or jurisdiction is specified because no legal entity has been registered. This section will be updated when the operator registers a legal entity and designates a jurisdiction.
